Key trends in Telematics from Omnicomm at SAE Brasil 2016

October, 25-27th has long been reserved for team Omnicomm’s participation in SAE Brasil 2016 – a global congress and exhibition on engineering in connectivity, telematics, vehicles and intelligent systems that is taking place in San Paolo. Our top management squad will contribute to the Technological Hub conference program and is looking forward to exchanging expertise with more than a hundred other participants throughout the congress.

Omnicomm will be represented by its key seniors: Boris Pankov, the CEO; Pavel Lomonosov, the chief sales and marketing officer; Clelia Neves, the head of Brazil; and Anna Badovskaya, the head of international marketing.

Mrs. Neves is the company’s key speaker for the Technological Hub – a discussion platform that will feature many speakers from different companies. Clelia is covering two major topics: the threats and opportunities of the telematics industry and the fuel control solutions for fleet growth and efficiency. Key trends, current and prospective opportunities for fleet management operators, fuel management benefits and associated areas will be addressed during several talks and presentations by Omnicomm over these three days.

SAE Brasil is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2016 with debating engineering for future mobility as its primary topic. Chaired by Philipp Schiemer of Mercedes-Benz Brazil, the congress will deliver the latest technologic news of the sector and provide the perfect environment for the professionals to update their knowledge and expand their contact networks, while the companies see it as an ideal platform to present their products, project their image, and leverage business.

With 3 anchor panels (head engineers, international heads and presidents), 13 thematic panels (from aerospace and agriculture to vehicle safety, information technology and supply chains) and 106 technical paper presentations, Omnicomm’s agenda is looking very impressive and – yes, busy!

The company is expecting a very productive visit to Brazil and is inviting everyone to meet in San Paolo’s Expo Center Norte, the Red Pavilion, on October 25-27th. Find us and let’s talk fuel management solutions!

In March 2017, Omnicomm has visited two key cities in Kenya in order to co-host seminars for local fleet owners with its Kenyan partner. Partner events of this kind aim to provide sales support, attract new clients to companies in charge of Omnicomm products in foreign markets and stimulate their sales.

Omnicomm has announced the results of the joint project with Strabag in Romania. The company reduced its monthly spending on the fleet by 30 percent thanks to Omnicomm fuel monitoring equipment.
