Omnicomm joins Thailand International Truck Show 2015
Omnicomm, one of the leading developers and manufacturers of fuel monitoring systems, took part in Thailand’s first TiT - Thailand International Truck Show. The company decided to join the exhibition as to introduce the brand and its products to Thai market. During this exhibition Omnicomm provided the visitors with simulation, encouraging them to experience how our innovations could bring them business solutions in the best and easiest way.

Being held in Thailand for the very first time under a theme “Buyers Meet Sellers. Truck Day!”, the exhibition was organized by Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) in cooperation with Nishio Rent All (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Parabox Co., Ltd. The international struck fair is with an objective to be a market place where transportation business players both buyers and sellers meet. TiT2015 was in fact considered a new alternative of truck exhibition, shaping a new era of ASEAN track logistics industry. The fair helped benefit exhibitors in expanding their customer base into transportation industries as well as product markets. TiT2015 was brought to life by collaborations of the organizer with the Land Transport Federation of Thailand (LTFT), and other related transportation associations and organizations in Thailand.

Omnicomm welcomed more than 200 visitors to the booths. A majority of the visitors were entrepreneurs, who import vehicles from overseas, assemble locally and also distribute and sell. The companies included Hino, Isuzu, Tadano and Fuso. Additionally we welcomed manufacturing companies who produce large cranes for using in construction industry and heavy duty, and logistics companies - the operators who carry oil and other products. Besides the end-users, Omnicomm also welcomed dealers. These included software and GPS system companies, and container manufacturers.

A post-event survey indicated that TiT2015 brought together approximately 2,000 visitors per day, both domestic and international. The statistics, reflecting a demand of transportation innovations and growing potential in Thailand’s truck industry, have underlined our confidence in thriving to deliver our innovative fleet management and fuel monitoring systems to Thailand as well as the neighboring ASEAN markets.
In March 2017, Omnicomm has visited two key cities in Kenya in order to co-host seminars for local fleet owners with its Kenyan partner. Partner events of this kind aim to provide sales support, attract new clients to companies in charge of Omnicomm products in foreign markets and stimulate their sales.

Omnicomm has announced the results of the joint project with Strabag in Romania. The company reduced its monthly spending on the fleet by 30 percent thanks to Omnicomm fuel monitoring equipment.
